Refund and Cancellation Policy
Shopping Orders
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed.
No refunds will be provided after order confirmation.
Service Bookings
If canceled before provider confirmation or visit, cancellation may be allowed.
Once the provider visits, the booking cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Any extra charges during the visit are payable directly to the service provider.
